Welcome to This & That Resale Shop, SAAFE House’s thrift store where every purchase, donation, and volunteer hour helps fund essential services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
This & That Resale Shop proceeds stay entirely within SAAFE House and help cover critical needs not funded through grants or other sources. By giving new life to gently used items, you’re directly helping families rebuild theirs with safety and dignity.

Our shop offers an ever-changing selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, home décor, furniture, books, toys, and more — all at affordable prices. New items arrive daily, so each visit feels like a treasure hunt. We gratefully accept new and gently used items in good condition.
Items We CAN Accept:
- Clothing & shoes (women, men, & children — all sizes)
- New socks, bras, and underwear (all ages)
- Jewelry, accessories, handbags, wallets, reading glasses
- Home décor & furnishings (small furniture, lamps, rugs, art)
- Housewares (dishes, utensils, pots & pans)
- Seasonal décor (trees, wreaths, ornaments)
- Collectibles & antiques
- Working electronics & small appliances
- Clean toys
- Car seats (not expired)
- Baby walkers, strollers, highchairs
- Luggage, bags, duffels, backpacks
Please bring items in closed-lid containers or sealed bags to help us sort safely.
Certain items cannot be accepted due to safety, space, or quality limitations.
Items We CANNOT Accept:
- Anything broken, stained, torn, or missing parts.
- Mattresses/Box Springs
- Mattress pads, baby beds, & crib bumper pads
- Sleeping bags, quilts, pillows, & comforters that aren’t sterilized
- Tube style televisions
- Used portable toilets (kids & adults)
- Books in large quantities
- Exercise Equipment (Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, etc.
- Sleeper sofas
- Furniture that is broken, torn, stained, or has excessive pet hair or smoke odor
- Garage sale leftovers
- Computer equipment, accessories, and software older than two (2) years from today's date.
- Renovation items (i.e., stovetops, built-in light fixtures, etc.)
Volunteering at our shop is a fun and meaningful way to help.
