Damien is a professional in program management, policy development, and investigative operations. He currently serves as an Ombudsman with the Texas Board of Criminal Justice, where he advocates for fair practices, compliance, and improvement across the system. Damien holds a B.S. in Public Health from Sam Houston State University and is pursuing a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lamar University. With a back-ground in behavioral health and case management, as well as a Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteer, Damien brings a strong commitment to accountability and community well-being.
