Barbara is a Business Engagement Representative with Dynamic Workforce Solutions and Brand Ambassador with Three International. She created home-based businesses named Asset Protection with Justice and Legal Shield with Justice. She earned a BBA from University of Houston; Master’s degrees in Admin. of Justice/Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix; and Certification in Community-Based Mediation from South Texas School of Law.

Barbara is the Polk County-Livingston Chamber of Commerce Ambassador President; San Jacinto County Democratic Party Events Coordinator; San Jacinto County Election Judge and Precinct Chair; and Polk-San Jacinto County NAACP Scholarship Director.
