Volunteers Make the Difference!

Volunteers are a crucial part of the work at SAAFE House. We are always looking for men and women who are willing to share their talents and give of their time to help others within their community. Special areas of need at this time are child and shelter advocacy. We are also in need of individuals who are willing to answer calls from the 24-hour Crisis Line.

*We are desperately in need of help at our Receptionist desk! This job consists of answering the phones, greeting clients, accepting donations, and any other clerical work. We are trying to fill the position Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated!

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact Kenda Christ at 936-291-3529 (Huntsville) or 936-327-2513 (Livingston) or email volunteers@saafehouse.org for more information.
